The Japan Guild of Voices, Warmth and Light (Nihon Tsuzuribito Tomoshibi Shinkō Kyōkai, hereinafter, “The Guild”) operates under the philosophy of “We Live Together (Nous Vivons Ensemble).” Recognizing the importance of personal information protection, The Guild respects the privacy of all users of This Site and related services (hereinafter, “The Service”) and is committed to the appropriate handling and protection of personal information based on the following Privacy Policy.

4. Participation Primarily by Nickname
The Guild strongly encourages information sharing within The Service to be conducted using a nickname as a general rule, to ensure that Members can participate in the activity of “Tsuzuri” (voicing/reflecting) with peace of mind. The decision of whether a Member chooses to disclose their real name or any personally identifiable information within The Service is left to the Member’s own discretion.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Guild will not provide personal information to a third party without the consent of the individual, except in the cases defined below:
・ When required by law.
・ When necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult.
・ When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult.
・ When cooperation is necessary for a national agency, local public body, or an entity entrusted by them to execute duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent is likely to impede the execution of those duties.

The Guild shall take appropriate measures for the safe management of personal information, including the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
