Article 1. Scope and Purpose
1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter, “These Terms”) apply to all relationships between the Japan Guild of Voices, Warmth and Light (Nihon Tsuzuribito Tomoshibi Shinkō Kyōkai, hereinafter, “The Guild”) and the Users and Members of the website (hereinafter, “This Site”) and related services (hereinafter, “The Service”) operated and provided by The Guild.
2. The purpose of These Terms is to promote the universal solidarity of “We Live Together (Nous Vivons Ensemble)” by sharing the Guild’s philosophy of the “Light of Happiness,” and to ensure a secure environment for all users of This Site.

Article 2. Respect for the Guild’s Philosophy
1. In using This Site, Members shall understand and respect the Guild’s mission to “nurture the talents of those who observe, reflect on, and share their thoughts about Japan,” and its spirit of “loving people, loving Japan, loving the Earth, and genuinely wishing for the happiness of all living beings.”
2. Members shall respect the inherent value of the words woven by “Illuminators of Words (Tsuzuribito)”—words that are like a “light that gently sparks warm happiness in people’s hearts”—and support their activities.

Article 3. Membership Status and Participation

Article 4. Withdrawal
1. Members wishing to withdraw shall follow the procedures established by The Guild.
2. Membership status is lost upon completion of the withdrawal procedure. The loss of membership status results in the deletion of the issued ID and password, and the Member will no longer be able to participate in or utilize The Service.
3. The Guild may, without prior notice, suspend or revoke the membership status of a Member if the Member violates These Terms or if The Guild otherwise deems the Member inappropriate.
